The Women’s Network has launched its new logo. The eggplant-purple logo has been ridiculed, with some people believing it resembles a penis and testicles.
The Women’s Network is a branch of the Prime Minister’s personal department. Their role is to champion gender equality.
A spokesman for the Network, Gerry Wilden, defended the choice of logo.
“We agree. A penis logo would be incredibly offensive and tone-deaf. We are helping to implement the PM&C’s Gender Equality Action Plan, so we must understand and represent women. That’s why we chose to have an image of breasts. A lovely pair too.”
The logo design involved thousands of taxpayer dollars and went through multiple rounds of feedback.
Wilden continued, “The Women’s Network is also about men driving change… It has to be – our Party doesn’t have many women. The focus groups we ran with the Party were conclusive; most straight white men loooove titties. When we saw the first draft of the logo, we knew it was the one. We all wanted to motorboat those honkers.”
The logo is doing the rounds on social media. Many believe that such a monumental mistake is impossible, leading to speculation that it must be deliberate.
Wilden reminded, “This logo is inclusivity at its best. Everyone loves jugs. Men, women, even babies want their face in a set of big ol’ juicy knockers.”
Babbler questioned Wilder about the significance of the rest of the logo; the part that looks like an erect penis shaft.
Wilden said, “It’s a bullet. This is something Morrison insisted on. He wants to remind women that they should be grateful that they are not ‘being met with bullets.’”
