Deborah and Brian Johnson are hosting Christmas, and Brian has been warned – he’s to be on his best behaviour.
The couple’s adult children and Deb’s side of the family are due to arrive in an hour. Deb has spent the whole week cleaning the house, cooking and arranging the seating, and she doesn’t have time for Brian’s shit. Not today.
He’s not to mention Sarah’s weight gain or to ask Joe whatever happened to ‘whatshisname’. And absolutely no jokes; they’re not funny and no one is laughing.
Brian has brushed off her requests with a chuckle. It remains unclear if he will respect her wishes.
